Help cooking a "steak!"

According to ALL the experts 130-135 SHOULD be Med. Rare. I lean closer to 125-130. IMOO I think the cut of meat is suspect, BUT it does have flavor. Thanks for all the advice/tips as I must be doing it right!
Or got lucky:yes

But, but, but there are some on here that say Chuck Eye steaks are very good grilled/pan fired like a nice Ribeye or my favorite Porterhouse! And they are much cheaper- I was just looking for something other than a Sirloin for the cost.
Maybe as slice steak, green pepper strips, onion strips w/teriyaki and served w/rice.

Turn the chuck eye into barbacoa and go buy a ribeye or something for when you want steak.
