I spent my teen years living in the south. At that time it was about heritage based upon real life ancestral experience. I can't believe that core has changed at all. ...whatever mindset the haters of the past may have had is pretty much just that. The new aged cancel culture folks need to understand their rally point is only in their imagination ...aaannd the ignorant ones who have never been there need to realize they are being used as cancel culture's chumps.
If your realize the civil war wasn’t about slavery then its heritage. . If your a dumb f red neck and thinks it was then it’s hate .
It’s not worth the hassle to fly a confederate flag in this political climate. Might as well be a swastika. Makes no difference what it actually stands for...all it takes is one person being offended by it to jeopardize safety, employment, and everything else.
What you don't see in the picture is the headstones. Civil war cemetery.

Fly this one instead.
If we pay attention to the media, the message is the flag of CA looks like this...
Ya think most CA folks are gay, drug user, porn stars; and every town’s sidewalks are covered in feces and used needles? If so, then ya either spend too much time paying attention to media or ya live along the central coast.
I always think of Daisy Duke whenever I see that flag
