How do you prepare turtle eggs?

    Never tried turtle eggs, I would have to batter and fry half and maybe smoke the rest with either apple or pecan

    Hmmm. Looks like giant largemouth eggs. We just fried those in butter. No breading. Fry till they change colors. Salt and pepper.

    Some of y’all are more hardcore than me and I don’t mind it. I don’t know where I draw the line on wild game, but dissecting a snapping turtle to get its eggs is well beyond it.
