Looks like you guys are getting some weather. Do you think it will be enough to move some birds? Our 1st season ended Sun and will open back up 1/10 here in Okla. It has been a very slow 1st. Hoping for some good news from the north.

Thanks, Steve

Looking pretty white this morning around here. This was as of about 10 this morning and we have gotten a few more inches since. This type of snow is a back breaker even for the river area since its so damn wet and thick as soon as it gets cold it will crust up and all but lock the birds out from the fields. the eastern one third of the state is getting primarily rain but what's left for birds out there (primarily snows and big Canada's) will be winging south soon enough as well.

Thanks Dean, that is good news. I has been very slow hunting down here. I hope you guys left enough birds to migrate.

Hasn't been great for ducks for most guys but the groups I know who were after the snows were torching the flocks to say the least!

What's crazy is yesterday in Minneapolis is 55 with rain and thunder.

That's a bunch of snow.

Everyone I know is done hunting waterfowl. Guides included.
Looks like the high plains area is out of the question. Unless a big warm up
