Regina. I mean no it was not a foot per say but should be enough to get some birds moving. Seems like when the Dakota's get five inches and 30mph winds they mostly all leave. I mean if no birds moved on it the whole we need 30 mph northwest winds theory is well basially for not. And realistically the calendar ducks like spoonbills, gadwalls, widgeon, cans, etc should already be in North Dakota now or in the next five or six days.Any idea where they got snow? I saw some areas with 3-5 inches but nothing severe.
