I just thought, since my gym closed just over 2 weeks ago, which I hit 6 days a week. Now I'm either jogging or using weights from my garage etc....its not as sufficient, but still needed. So with these changes and SIP, I've been eating more....little more breads, pasta's, beans etc....more than normal. Also I'm more hungry than normal....it must be the environment, the unknown etc....but my diet is a little off track. My adult beverages are still on track...nothing to report here. Be well Gents.
