Always done ok on specs in Eastern Alberta but it is bonus as we shoot plenty of specks here in CA and usually have one or two memorable snow hunts a year, I go for mallard hunting and honkers and the bonus is a great snow shoot.

its supposed to open the 21st. nothing in the news about extending it. last month they extended it 3 weeks before it expired and here we are with only 7 days and no news. this could be good. I may be able to mad scramble a trip up.

Had to cancel our first trip in September but still open for our October trip. If the border does open, I am sure their will be stick requirement to enter Canada, maybe a C-19 test results in hand.
Going since 1998, will miss catching up with friends and helping with the harvest.

Guys, there is no way the border is going to open this year sadly. We are seeing a surge in Canada now. This isn't a quick fix. IMO the 2021 season is up in the air at this point. Really hope that isn't the case however.
