Purchased my A5 Sweet 16 in the 70's
Purchased my Maruck A5 3" 12ga in 1982
Stevens O/U 28ga in the 90's
All see Duck duty throughout the season

My oldest is a 1949 Ithaca 37 16ga.
I also have an 870 from 1978.
All the rest are from the last 20 years or so.

Well the A5 Light Twelve came out in 1946 along with my Sweet Sixteen. I can't tell you how old either is. However, I bought both in 1961. I use both during duck season and switch to the A5 Muruka 3" 12ga (Japan manfactured) during Goose season. It began being manufactured in Japan in 1975. I bought mine in 1980. So, at any given time I wouldn't hesitate to pull one out of the safe and roll with it! Thanks for the query!
