The only time modified comes out of my gun is deer hunting. It patterns 00 buck better with full.
my boy started with a single shot 12...wasn't about to handicap him with a little gun.
My family only shoots 870's. I don't believe another duck gun has ever been made.
He got one of those at 14..yep
Think I shot ducks with seven different guns last season. The oldest gun I've ever shot ducks with was made in 1897.
Speaking strictly waterfowl: Up until three years ago I shot a 12ga SKB O/U manufactured in 1982. I then upgraded to a Browning B-80, early model, 1980-something. I’ll shoot that until I wear out.
I'm not sure I shot 7 different ducks last year!
I miss with old guns just as good with newer ones so I've upgraded so I can miss even faster.
Model 12 Heavy Duck, I shoot Bismuth fodder thru it. SBE II when they first came out, whenever that was. L.C. Smith A1 grade made in 1913, shoot Bismuth thru it too. When we could shoot lead, I shot 2 3/4 inch baby magnums through it.
10 year old M2.
Kind of thinking of changing it up after the way I shot last year. Doesn't shoulder like it used to.
