No prosecutor in their right mind would take that as a bribery/blackmail case. For forks sake......who the hell hunts right on a property line knowing you don't have permission for one of the properties? Everybody in this case is a moron....I'm not watching part 2, or 3, or whatever else the boneheads come up with.
Sure looked like a solid case for extortion.

1) It's been a while since I watched the video, but if I remember correctly, Grandpa was in the blind and was completely silent. IMHO, if he thought the kids were 100% right, he would have been defending the grandson & buddies. An older adult speaking up MAY have soothed cornhole down a bit...MAYBE. That makes me think that Grandpa absolutely KNEW they were really pushing the envelope.
2) If I remember, at least one and maybe two of the kids got nailed for something...even losing firearms or hunting rights for a few months.
3) Bribery or blackmail charges were not going to happen. (See #4)
4) Right or wrong, like it or not, farmer Jeff had home-court advantage, so IMHO, he wasn't going to get hammered in a case like this, barring an actual assault.
5) If they didn't impose WuChang's punishment, maybe they could have made each offender wear a shock collar and give the controllers to Grif. I bet he would have a ball. Plus, we'd all have a really great video to watch.

Maybe, but he is in prison for two murders! That ain't getting off. The DUI lawyer/ police / judge stuff happens all the time. It is a "Money Maker" for everyone except the DUI defendant that is paying the bill!.
Paul got off though for killin Ol girl in the boat and they tried stickin it to the one kid and make it sound like he was drivin. Buster is possibly off for killin the gay kid.

Those you tube hound punk kids trespassed then antagonized the landowner who got angry.
End of story.
Glad to see the judge make such a logical outcome.
I personally would have liked to see more punishments for the tresspass though.
That is far from accurate, at no time were they on "cornholes" land at all, and nothing even hints that is true; to say someone trespassed without touching another's land is not trespass.

What IS true is "cornhole" tried to extort them on tape for $300 & he proceeded to intentionally ruin their legal hunt.

You can't teach common sense.
The boys should at least know that there are other options and they could still be. " right" or be Legal

What would have it really hurt to move over a hundred yards or 200 yd.

I really think they're out there to poke the bear.

Unless there’s a state law, or the landowner I am hunting on, doesn’t allow me to hunt next to the property line, I’ll hunt where the situation dictates. A whole lot of my hunting is done right by the property line because that’s where most of the cover is in my region.

I have no idea what all really took place in this deal, but damn if I’ll put the blame on people legally hunting on property they have permission to hunt.
