I never could understand why they pushed that mix.......when I worked there a summer in the late 90s, about when berry weiss came out, I was in racking and got to help add Ingres that make it. It’s nothing but a giant barrel of honeyweiss and a bunch of loganberry, elderberry, and citric acid mixed in and hocus-pocus, there’s the berry Weiss. My personal favorite is a black bear. Take creamy dark and some berry Weiss and mix. 50/50 70/30 60/40 75/25....gotta figure out what u like. I’m a 70/30ish guy

Yes. Running the dogs quick in the morning, then leaving my place at 10:30. Got a kid from work coming along as well. You’re more than welcome to join. Still planning on shooting Little Creek, mostly due to the pork rinds.
Last goose of the year. Legs with plenty of fat left on went into the slow cooker all day. Peel off bone and currently simmering in bbq and they are delicious. Breasts being cured and going on the smoke Sunday.
Finished product topped off with my dad’s homemade bread and butters.
