How did it end up buddy? I struggled with briskets when I first started smoking them. Trick is to take them till the probe slides in nice and easy. When I went till temps I didn’t have the best results.

I remembered I had some brisket hash in the freezer that and eggs went pretty good.Good suggestion on the brisket omelet
And the wait til September begins.......Goodbye blind stuffing and empty shells for the fourth time this season. That should be it for me other than rearranging decoys and junk.
