Bowl of chili for a cold night last night. Don't fret my Wisconsin friends... there was a layer of cheese between the macaroni noodles and the chili in addition to the garnish of cheese on top.

When I lived in the Appleton area there was a place called Simon's (I think?) I remember getting chilli for the first time and thinking what the hell are these noodles. Awesome stuff!

Venison sirloin roast. Needs some refinement but was pretty good. A little gravy would have went a long way.

A buddy butchered a few of his steer.
Beef liver dog treats. A years supply!
Boil 15 minutes, dehydrate 24 hours then freeze for long term storage. The boys love them!
