Local butcher sells pork fat for $2.99/lb or so.

Co-worker brought me some halibut from Alaska last summer. Threw it on the grill.

Turned out pretty good, wife wasn't too impressed but the kids liked it.

Granpops used to go to Alaska every year and bring back halibut. Not an overly huge fish fan but cooked right that chit was pretty damn good.
