Well, I went to the Rogers website and it doesn't look like the prices are coming down anytime soon! Top Guns still at $119.99/case BUT FREE shipping (that's the same as I paid almost 2 years ago-up from $65.00/case)! I was looking at steel Dove loads: $149.99/case of #7? DAMN!

I’m seeing some basic stuff that used to sell for around $5 going for $9.99. Availability has really begun to improve, but input prices have gone up big. Ammo is impacted in a big way due to gas price, labor cost and commodity prices. Until other prices come down, there’s not much way for ammo to drop.

I purchased some 4 packs of Federal Blue Box yesterday @$63.00, last year those 4 packs were $45.00. I texted my son about the availability and he stopped by today. As he was making his purchase, literally as he was paying, they changed the price to $67.00.

I’m home rolling roto bismuth for $1.10/shell in 12 ga and half that in .410. I don’t blame anyone for not shooting commercial bismuth loads.

I have enough material to load duck and goose loads for a few years worth of hunting. Hopefully by then things will be better.
