Saw a photo of a guy in Yakima who shot a drake Mandarin in the Lower Valley about 15 years ago.

I’ve seen a mandarin in downtown Spokane. It lived there off and on for 2 years. There were no bands on the feet either.

Mandarin duck and I forgot the Aleutian canada goose. That puts me up to 41!
