Any confirmation from anyone on any from the Possible list?

I forgot the coot! The Eurasian teal looks good. The black duck was reported as a suspected local farm duck escapee but what the heck? As far as the possibles it would seem that if they have been legally harvested, they should count!

Snipe may be but crane is not in Wa state.
