Hey OOF maybe I'll make a big giant thick pizza in my custom made commercial pizza pan from Village Inn Pizza. That was the first place here that sold pizza in the 60s. It remained unchanged for 60 years then just poof gone.
I still have the pan. We bought it from the pizza parlor it was the only way to get a pan like this.
It's not flat and was not cheap.
My parents like me skimp a lot then buy the best on some things.
This stuff is nice and all But.....does anyone have a pizza recipe that is LOW carb? Being Diabetic, nothing drives up my blood sugar like pizza. All these pictures of thick crust are nice but not for diabetics.
