You're a good man for helping a widow out.
Dang shame about the guy dying. Prayers for his family. He was too young for that.

Yeah, that’s terrible. I had a friend that died at 46 with a massive heart attack a few years ago. Was in relatively good shape, exercised regularly, but his card was pulled. Hard to explain and extremely sad.

This. And it's always harder on the family when it's so unexpected. Same thing happened with my paternal grandfather at 54 and my grandmother never really got over it.

    Got some more info today.

He came home from working out. Said he felt bad. Then fell over.

Thanks for the update. I fear that's the way I'll go out. I'll be feeling bad but really be having a heart attack and dismiss it.

Sunday will be one year for me. I was lucky I guess cause I knew I was in trouble as soon as it hit or I would have blown it off.

There is something called a Monday morning heart attack.

Guys work or play hard on the weekend then drop dead getting their coffee before they leave for work.

This could be a classic case of Myocarditis, a sudden weakening and enlarging of the heart which can happen at any age.

Yes. It also sets the heart up for a viral infection I believe.

I’m just speculating I’m not a doctor even though I play one as much as I can.
