Not sure I agree with the 'ducker on the wild game/money thing: they landowner can certainly receive money for allowing legal trespass on his property. That's all they are doing, not selling game (which, in many cases, IS illegal).
I certainly DO know....as do many of you here....that the landowner is not free to do with his land as he chooses. The landowner has to operate under a plethora of regulations and restrictions. If you doubt this, try asking any farmer. Hell, try asking any homeowner........

So do the Missouri land owners get upset when the government says no baiting for deer and turkeys, asking for a kansas friend?
