My 8yo on first hunt he was able to shoot. Got 6 pool d’eau on the water

Daughter's first opener hunting with Dad... She got the experience of seeing a rattlesnake in the blind, watching a falcon (Peregrine or Prairie) make a stoop on a mudhen, and she killed 5 ducks... Spoonie season was (and will remain) open for her... She made a great shot on her first bull sprig, and Dad found out it is a lot tougher shooting second every time.... She got a little "buck fever" on the geese, and it was unfortunate, cause we had a flock come in perfect, and that is quite unusual where we are hunting....
At noon, everyone else was ready to leave, and she wanted to stay for her two more birds.... She shot well until the wind came up, and then struggled. Going out this coming weekend and hope to have more pics to post!
