    Big week in waterfowling...........3 meetings (manhattan, Pittsburg, KC), commission meeting (Overland Park) and Bring back the bottoms fundraiser all this week!!!!!!

    What do y'all think about opening all the zones up in Oct. through early Dec for residents and early November through early Feb for OOSers?

    It was a good presentation overall. They said the commission can set the zones however they want,even after all the info and data has been discussed. That sounds scarey to me.
