Great thread! Sure was fun back in the day.
one Joe sold me and Brett fixed a couple of years ago. i hear there aren't to many of these out there.
Plenty of those calls out there, not like the T-1 or H.B. though.
Most of them broke which is why Joe quit making them.
did they break at the cork?

Hahahahahahaha, I got an acrylic proto type of the newest aluminum Lares if you'd like to see that as well. The inserts might be swapped in the photo though.

It is essentially the holy grail of Lares calls...someone chose wisely...
It can be had if the price is right, and it would have to be REALLY right from what I was told.
Someone would have to know the story and history of this particular call, it's where it all started as far as Lares calls go.
I don’t know why I didn’t realize it when I first read this post, was reading again tonight and it stood out. Are you saying you have an acrylic prototype of the recent JJL-A2 aluminum ? Pic please!!
