I've often thought if we had half the clothing and equipment then there would be no ducks to hunt today. I mean who'd believe you could kill geese over hand made silhouettes or half tires as decoys. I shot lots of birds and didn't realize it couldn't be done without a sticker on my barrel.
Don't forget the super duper glow in the dark front bead or the slay them at 70 yards choke tube my friend .
Ok Virgil back to the reports, last day for duck in north zone on the river, got my limit of mallet heads and 1 goose, friend and me ended up with 5 mallards and 3 geese.
Yup, yesterday I seen a nice flock of ducks (Mallards?) North of Marion over the River (in the air) flying looking like they were searching for a place to come down! This last week could be a “train wreck!” Did I use the term correctly?
