Local walmart clearanced the 1/2" lop small/medium for $5 a piece. This size fits 3 of my guns, so for that price I grabbed 3. Wondering what your guys' thoughts are that have used these slip on Limbsaver Airtech pads. Good recoil reduction? Do they tend to slip off? The 3 guns I'm putting them on don't have great pads currently, and I'm not going to miss the $15 regardless. They seem very squishy, which should be good. The concern I have is the long tacky surface area on the top of the butt stock catching clothing. Thanks for any input!
I'm a fan of Limbsaver's, especially the Air Tech models. Even though the non-slip surface would seem to be problematic when mounting the guns, I haven't experienced any issues along that line. I haven't used the slip-on units, but I doubt you'll have issues with them "slipping off".
