From my view in the cheap seats, there was plenty of water until the salmon spill was mandated.

Don't know how many acre feet of water are in play. Or how much goes to what user groups.

Your percentage is statistically weak.
It is not how much was taken out of production, it is the amount needed to free up water for the refuge wetlands and the waterfowl that have depended on it for over one thousand years.

Some guys just don’t get it. There has been no water flowing into Tule Lake or LK even after irrigation season which runs from Nov. 1-May 1st. It surely isn’t the farmers using it during this time.
