Wonder if the dnr officers will be reprimanded? 
Heard they were rotating md dnr officers around a while back as some were to cozy with affluent folks.
There has always been a couple known folks that appear to be operating questionable natural practices where folks wonder how they have birds non stop with constant baiting and grapevine rumors flying they are baiting but local dnr won't touch them or they will get away with it unless the feds hear about it.

Probably just naturally occurring crop residue from an agricultural process! Corn got blowed into pond from adjacent field don,t you know. Been some windy days lately. Kinda stupid though to not have gun plugged & no federal stamp. You,d think a fella with his level of stature would have thought this whole scenario out a bit better.
