    Great injected into ducks when cooking whole... Good marinade for duck or dove breasts....

    The best seasoning I have ever used for beef. They also make ones for chicken , pork and fish.

    It depends. A good steak, just salt, pepper, garlic after rubbing w oil. Chicken gets all that with maybe some sage and lemon pepper.
    There's a Greek seasoning I like on pork.
    Sometimes some Cajun to change things up.

    Surprised to see this from a California boy!
    Good all around seasoning but can be too salty by the time you get enough heat imo. I prefer the More Spice version, or the bold if I really want some kick.

    McCormick Kansas City Steak seasoning for steak/beef, the wife has some crazy mix made from a base of Ranch dressing with a lot of spices for chicken, it works I can say that.
