We called it Ranger candy. 4 motrin 800's, cup of coffee and a 7 mile run, 2 motrin 800's, ham and cheese omelet with bacon, coffee. Then at 11 double the recommended servings of pre workout of choice (or a mix... nano vapor and 1mr were my favorite) go to the gym workout until 1330-1400. I don't know how I don't have ulcers and my heart didn't explode.
