Just got back from a trip out on the boat for a swim. 95 degrees here today. I have the ASG on the DVR. It began 15 minutes ago. I am pouring myself some bourbon over a giant ice ball and going to settle in to watch the game. One of the great aspects of us getting past this Covid mess is baseball with fans in the stands. God bless America.

It's still America's game. For those of you who have left...don't let the door hit 'ya where the good Lord split 'ya.

I haven't watched MLB since the first time they went out on strike. I never watched the NBA, except when Jordan was playing. I was an avid NFL fan but I quit watching when Krappernick started kneeling. Funny thing, after a couple of weeks, I found more productive things to do on Sunday, Monday, and Thursday evenings.
I really never cared that much for college football, but haven't watched any college sports since the NCAA helped pressure the University of Illinois to can "The CHIEF."

It is. The CWS was awesome and didn’t have a bit of the social just crap sharing the limelight with good ball playing. Enjoyed watching all of that, then turned off the TV. As long as the pro sports (or even some of the college sports) insist on being woke, then I’m done watching/following/supporting them.

Haven’t watched an MLB, NBA, or NFL game since the media’s whining babies celebration began more than a year ago. Have seen a few highlights on social media, but no cases of sitting down and watching a game. They can all kiss my butt.
