No, but used to on a NRA..so remote we never saw any law period.
Had two spots we shot on ours, one we call Thousand Ducks and the other Million Ducks because literally. On the latter one could walk down and shoot seven in five any time of the day.
I don’t get in there anymore, began travel trailer camping and it’s about 40 miles of bad dirt road getting to them plus the last 15 run down about the worst flash floody wash ever seen..not conducive to overnighting afaic after nearly getting caught by one in dumber days.
Just not worth the trouble to shoot guaranteed limits though the places offer an awesome bird show..I’ve seen it already.

Have hunted Merced, Tule, Lower Klamath, The Sheldon, Ruby Lake, Stillwater, Sac, Delevan, Colusa, Sutter, Sacramento River, Valentine, Fort Niobrara, Lacreek, and a couple others
Did you enjoy LaCreek? I have a buddy who ranches just across the border to the south of LaCreek in Nebraska. They shot a banded mallard this past season that was banded there. The only NWR I've ever hunted is Crescent Lake, but it has been 13 years. You used to not see a soul out there and then it grew pretty crowded. The roads in are long and potholed. I never had any banger hunts there, but some solid hunts for sure.

Been hunting refuges since the 60's, and have had some wonderful hunts with a bunch of different guys over the years. Rarely hunted solo, if I got a reservation I brought someone who would enjoy the day as much as I did. Used to hunt every Wednesday at Sacramento NWR when Wednesday was one of my days off with another guy. Head up Tuesday and kick rocks all Tuesday after the gate opened and always got in. Got to know all the staff, Wardens and they were great people. Wife would always bake something for them, and I would always add a little liquid refreshment around Thanksgiving and Christmas. Had a job that the local merchants would always reward the job we did for them, I wasn't much of a drinker so it was always passed on. Still hunted the NVR and some Grassland places with friends, but off to learn a new area.

I've hunted in Kansas. There are so many ducks it's hard to tell what is a refuge and what isn't.....so I'm gonna go with yes. :yes

Refuge.. Who needs a sinking refuge? Our duck property looks like a refuge! Just ask my wife.

Nope, not really. Several refuges used to have worthwhile duck hunts in FL. Most would agree none are really worth your time anymore. I do turkey hunt on one every few years for old times sake.

Now overrun with cottonmouths, alligators and city folk.
Have not been there since my Freshman year of college in 1971. Sorry to hear this. I guess it is true what they say, the reality is never as good as your memory.
