Julie: Female Springer she was a beautiful dog.
I had a dog trainer tell me once to be careful what you name your dog. She says that her findings are not scientific but she has found that naming the dog "Charger" or "Runner" or "Breaker" or "Jet" or even "Zip" is not a good idea as they usually live up to their names! Be careful also with "Cuddles" or "Knothead" too!
don't most guys name their dog dumbazz: At least that's what they call them in the field.
My first Lab was Marvin - I was hunting the Lodge as a kid when some clowns in a pond next us were yelling at their dog Marvin - all I remember was "Marvin - you black ******* get your ***** over here - made our group all laugh - years later I decided I'd go with Marvin
