    Also, check Doug’s retrievers, in Florence, I believe.

    They had a litter of of some good dogs had a litter off some good dogs back in May. Don’t whether or not he still has pups now, though.

    Welcome to Alabama, most of the guys here have said it! Duck hunting here is just no good, you can but like it’s been said above... you have to do your legwork!!!

    Have you got a boat? You can always rent one at Morale & Welfare on the Arsenal.
    Have you looked up river from Scottsboro? There's a WMA up there. Pretty good sometimes..

    Better get you a map before you hunt management area cause you will see the birds on refuge and you don’t want to get caught there.

    Probably a thousand ducks sitting on the river by the causeway in Decatur today. All in an area that you can’t hunt.

    If it were me, based on where I live, I’d spend the next 2 weeks scouting the river for milfoil on places that are either WMA or TVA.
