New to TSS - equipment - 28 gauge

Regarding pressure - I was planning on reloading a tested load that has 12,603 PSI - wouldn't that be too much for a 28 gauge (googled it to find 12,500 max for what its worth)? Should I look for a lower pressure load?

What temps are you planning to shoot these in?
What’s the charge and speed of the listed pressure?
Knock down 0.5gn of powder if you’re very concerned in its pressure spike.
