    While I agree unfortunately that is not the case as they are already saying there will be no draws or stand by draws and I highly doubt Prickster allows the IDPH to change that.

    Who is “they” specifically so we can voice our opinions to them directly?

    IDPH are the ones "enforcing" master Prickster's rules/restrictions since a judge told him he could not extend his emergency powers past 30 days during the "plandemic". Thus the IDPH says there can not be any type of drawings due to crowds being more than suggested. Give it time and I foresee it only getting worse rather than better as I had hoped. Our annual youth hunt on state ground is in major jeopardy

    Did anyone go to Rice this morning? How was the sign up procedure? Big pain in the rear?

    Low expectations and high hopes help keep the misery to a minimum when it comes to the DNR decision makers
