Zero! Truly good mounts are expensive. They are dust magnets. Feather color fades in time making them look like crap. Just can’t justify the cost. Now having said that if I get a pure black duck I will probably get one mounted as by the time I die pure birds will be virtually non-existent in the MS Flyway.

Well, no, that's a lie. I took a Jr. Nature Museum taxidermy course as a kid and stuffed a pheasant. Maybe that's what broke me of it...

I had 3 along with 2 deer, a turkey fan/beard, and a walleye. Took them down to remodel and won’t be putting back up. Hate just throwing the birds away but trying to get rid of them is difficult.
