    22 birds.

Most of them mean something to me. Hunts with family and friends. Great retrieves by the dog. Hunts I’ll probably never do again.

    2 caribou antlers
    1 deer antlers
    1 pronghorn horns

    1 Northern Pike

I had a friend ask me to take his Duck mounts because he was moving. I told him to drop them off at the local Nature center. He did and the birds are still hanging there today, ten years later.

Just one, the most gorgeous bird I’d ever shot, stud of a drake woodie.

Had another really good black duck (only one I’d ever killed) that was in the freezer at my camp waiting to be mounted when we lost power for over a week an he ended up rotting in the freezer.

I have my first European Wigeon(we hadn’t heard the term Eurasian in 1995)
I have 3 old squaw on a chunk of drift wood
    1 Harlequin.
    All aren’t very good mounts.

Estimated it took about 500 greenheads to fill each lamp. Thing is, they slowly settle and need about 50 per year to refill.

I've only got a few duck and goose mounts at my house, but have at leas 20 more at my duck camp, and probably a dozen or more that I've given to my brother for his place. I do a lot of deer, duck, and turkey hunting at his place, so if I shoot anything worth mounting on his place, that is where it is going on the wall. I pretty well have the run of his place anyway. My elk mount is hanging in his barn since I didn't have a decent place to hang it. elk barn td.jpg Elk Barn 4 racks.jpg Elk Barn Locker.jpg
