I hope Van doesn’t catch wind of this. We had a guy a handful of years back take it upon himself to do it. Claims his brother worked at Eagle Creek and “that’s what they do up there.” Someone told him he could face some pretty stiff fines for doing it and it puckered him up pretty quick. I’ve told multiple wardens, foster, Waggoner, and Williams that I’ll gladly thin some of them out for em. Just keep the boys locked up for yard one day and lemme do my thing. No bueno. Doesn’t help when your #3 has frickin chickens in diapers as petsThis is an e-mail I sent to Randy Smith. If anyone can help on here I’d appreciate it!!!! View attachment 335177
I believe it is, at least that’s what us hunters told him at Van. Lemme reach out to JC. He’ll know. And he’ll still have contacts at the state level too to try and stop itI believe it’s a Federal offense!!!!! I guess it’s been going on for years at Graham.
I have a friend who's busy as all get out this time of year finding nests and oiling eggs. I think he has a very narrow window of time to do it.You have to get a federal permit from the USFWS.
Where’s the thumbs down button on this thing?I have a friend who's busy as all get out this time of year finding nests and oiling eggs. I think he has a very narrow window of time to do it.
This state correctional center didn’t go through the necessary hoops to do this. I almost guarantee it. They’re too busy trying to decide if it’s too inhumane and degrading to call the “individuals in custody”, convicts, inmates or offenders. Too many goose turds on the walk is the last thing on their minds. But get this…. The libs that are wanting to take away our guns and say hunting should be outlawed, are the ones that are wanting to push to have eggs oiled. You just can’t fix stupidYou have to get a federal permit from the USFWS.
Does he have the Federal license or how does it work?I have a friend who's busy as all get out this time of year finding nests and oiling eggs. I think he has a very narrow window of time to do it.
He's a professional nuisance trapper. He mostly chases canada geese though. He has a permit to handle the eggs. These are resident geese that the state got started a few years back.Does he have the Federal license or how does it work?
