Proposal:
someone with skills at negotiating needs to talk to the Illinois Department of Corrections and IDNR about us , I mean we, donating an incubator or two to inmates so they can hatch the eggs on site, care for them, then release them at union County conservation area. What could go wrong?

Do they have too many geese? Relocating geese does not work FYI. IDNR is delegated authority to issue permits for this, but if they didn't get a permit they would be on the hook.

Evidently they have a permit but it’s being looked into further. I find it hard to believe relocating the geese won’t work. But that’s my opinion..... Swampfoot why doesn’t it work?

They don’t utilize them gardens the right way anyways. They plant em and then crap just sits there until it rots.
