My first black cork working decoys sealing up — a lot more complicated than tan cork!

These have stained pine bottom boards (some also with pine tail boards), basswood heads with oil paint. The feeders currently don’t have keels (for motion in shallow water) but they could be added.

These are my Delta Marsh style canvasbacks as originally designed my Duncan Ducharme in Manitoba. Patterns courtesy of Pat Gregory and I tried to stay true to the painting style of Pete Ward, Ducharme's friend who painted a lot of his decoys.
