The eyes have been cleaned off, and I've done some touchup, but didn't take any new photos yet. Just need keels and will get some good pics, but these are two of the six ringers.

Started working on one of the two canvas swan frames that have been collecting dust in the shop for a while. One is ready for canvas. Soon I hope.

This one (picture below) was just under 6lb with about 7 oz of sheet lead on the bottom to level it out. These end up differant every time I make one but I'd guess they are all close enough in size and weight. I tend to make the head/neck bulkier than the traditional canvas swans. Also my light woods out here (cottonwood and red cedar) are still heavier than the white cedar of the east coast....I think. I've hunted some of mine and they worked/floated just OK in my judgement. Half of the ones I've made are shelf queens.

Working on the second one today and decided to make a sleeper.
