What kinda drain lines , galvanize or plastic?
I'd try to snake it 1st . Odd you can't find it below the floor where it ties into the main going out .
If not tied into main I'd be worried it's a grey water line running to a tile or ditch. Then it's probably broken or collapsed. Run a small drum machine and see where you get . Lots of hardware stores rent them .

Put enough water in the clogged sinks so that there is about 1" of water in them. Put that rubber/plastic stopper in one sink. Use your plunger to plunge the other sink while holding the stopper in place.. The displaced water has to go somewhere.
Be sure you have a basin underneath the traps, because often the trap will seperate at the joint instead of pushing out the clog, and dump water all over under the sink. (ask me how I know!)

And if Drano/lye/whatever is still in there, it's now on your hands, not good.

Ive found these mechanical obstructions before in sink drains. The 2nd one has a bottle cap and hair tie thing with the little baggie and needle.

Plastic coming out of the sinks. Two traps, going in different directions.
I went under the townhouse and found where the water drains from the house. Cast iron.
I think maybe the two pipes go together behind the wall someplace.

You may play hell snaking it also . Most likely a tee behind the wall . Lots of times you just can't get it to go down till you cut a clean out in .
