Jealous..I wish my life was gonna be more stable next couple years, my old boy is pushing 14 and now is not the right time for a pup. hopefully I get to raise a 4th wirehair yet..
This will be my fourth. Had a shorthair for my first dog. I don’t see myself drifting from the breed ever again. Shiloh, and now Leo, have shown me what a person can accomplish with a semi trained versatile breed.

Sadly I've decided there will be no more puppies in my life. At 70 I've had a lot of dogs. Three great ones, a beagle, a yellow lab, and a black lab name Jack that was most attuned to me. We traveled thousands of miles together. He was cursed to have come along as my hunting drive was waning. It took two years after losing him before getting another. That black lab is named Bell. She never would have made a hunter but she's a lover and 80 pound lap dog. When she's gone I'll look for a senior rescue dog. I've seen too many younger dogs that lost their owners and can't find a new home. Keep the puppy pictures coming. I love them and they all bring back fond memories.
