Ready!

I made final preparations yesterday to hit the road and meet up with salthunter and his buddy Tim. Did a final little wiring tweak on my 7 x 16 cargo trailer converted to hunting camper / decoy hauler. Sprung for a set of air bag spring helpers on the 1/2 ton RAM. Packed way too much stuff (I am giddy with the room in the trailer after sleeping last year in the back of my truck / topper). Heading out in a couple minutes with first stop at my daughter's house to crash first night and see the granddaughter...it'll be the fifth time in five months and we live an 8 hour drive away. Then to meet up with salt and Daisy on Sunday night. At least 26 hours of driving before then.

If we have half as much fun as we did last year it will all be worth it. More memories await their creation.

Hunt like you were on the Ark. Just leave two to repopulate. Then, you can listen to all the snow bunnies biotch about having three sheds full of snow goose decoys and no birds.

There are zero birds north of I-90. Snow line is about 20-30 miles south of there. If you guys need help getting on any ground in SESD, pm me and I can help. Lived around here my whole life and get on about anything. Kill them all!
