tu has a ton of problems, most of them are their ego and their board of chancellors. They still think they are the best program in the state of Texas and best team in the Big 12 and that isn't the case. They won't get their coaches time and expect immediate results, which is fantastic for OU and A&M. It also all comes down to money.

I do not disagree the same teams come in every year. Another reason OSU and ND shouldn’t have been there (again; mostly due to the B1G stupidity, not the OSU team), and maybe Cincinnati and some other someone who played a full schedule and did well played Clemson and UA, one of them might have gotten lucky. As you said... 2020 was FUBARd already. They were dismissed for two big name teams.

OSU/UA would have been a good game had y’all your players, and the ones from us went out when they did (Smith, Battle). It just didn’t fall that way, and made it boring.

 

Hell, I don’t think anyone could touch Bama this year. They were dominant all the way around.

Probably not the hire I would have made, but I’m also not a 7 times national champion with an 80% win rate. He could probably put Helen Keller in as his OC and still make the CFP.

 

That should be interesting. 2 hardheaded coaches working in unison. I thought O’Brien was done with college ball. Guess not.

 

And just think, Donta Smith is the 2nd best receiver on that team. The #1 receiver blew up his ankle against Tennessee, out for the season.

OSU isn't the only team that deals with injuries and Covid. And you guys only played 6 games. Bama just has more depth than you can shake a stick at. And word is that their upcoming recruiting class is probably the best recruiting class in the history of NCAAF.

Bama and Saban aren't going anywhere for a while. Get used to it. And I say that as an AU fan who just hired a sub-par coach and will probably be lucky to go 6-4 again next year.

 

And Bama wasn’t missing near the players OSU was, their star RB wasn’t out of the game and their QB wasn’t banged up. Get off that more games high horse. There’s not a team in this country that could hang with Bama last year.
