Reel Foot was the worst I have seen it .Terrible, has been on the decline for us for 5-6 yrs.

We scratched out 5 GH's 1st day and that was it for a 3 day hunt.

Most of the MS flyway was terrible this season. Even the states to the north of us were pretty bad. Warm and stable weather allowed ducks to set up residency wherever they liked and almost immediately go nocturnal. Don't blame the foot.

Reelfoot's been a little feast or famine for a while now. Catch it on the right day and it's a sight to behold. I'm not sure there were many if any "right days" this year.

Let's face it. Reelfoot has been on the decline for years. I hunted just there for 20 years. It just ain't what it used to be. I've found some better spots to spend my time & money.

But I still want to set up a hunt there in the first 2 weeks in Dec.
    Any days open there?
