    OK Gang...

Trying to figure out refinancing home. Starting to make sense with lower interest rates. Any good leads on reputable mortgage places ?... Good deals ?... You know the routine. Tired of the internet stuff looking for a sit down kind of place around Sacramento. Thanks.

George, we went with "Owning". From start to finish, 2 weeks as of last Friday. Seamless, very good customer service.

My public safety friends all used them. Look them up.

I used to be a real estate person. I sent all my clients and friends to Greg Erny. he is a broker, not a simple agent,
But the sweetest part he makes loans on "No Points, No Fees" basis, meaning your principal does not increase, you pay nothing, even the appraisal he reimburses you at the escrow. and on top of it he guarantees he would give you the best rate. Definitely better than any bank who charges you at least 1-1.5 points, and you pay the appraisal and what not.
You will never find such a service. Tried and verified.
Call him to find out (408)202-5626.

Don't know your situation, (age, size of loan, etc) but I've preached to everyone that I know
to get a 15 year loan instead of 30. It will cost you a little extra every month but the savings
depending on the size of loan could be over a hundred thousand dollars.
Before you sign the papers do a 5 minute test. Ask your broker how much a month each loan would
be. A 15 vs 30 year loan then do the math.
    15 X 12 X the mortgage payment = ( )
    30 X 12 X the mortgage payment = ( )
You'll be surprised how much you will save.
