Corruption. IE, the board didn’t do proper repairs and maintenance. Liberal places have very scummy people.

One of those mentioned in the lawsuit in your article was a construction company that was in the process of building a high rise next door when the collapse occurred. The lawsuit claimed that yes, Champlain Towers was in need of repairs but that it collapsed because of the digging and pounding and construction going on next door…
