It looks like the deposit I had on a dog is going to fall through... Are there any reputable breeders in Idaho for golden retrievers or also a lab?

What do you consider reputable? What kind of dog do you want? A hunter? or Family dog. or a dog for the family.
For me I would want pups from a home with a bunch of rambunctious kids , the pups born under a bed or closet a trashed back yard and kids that cried when the pups left.
Get on facebook and look up Idaho lab lovers

Or just looking for a good pup?
My daughter bought her pup 4 years ago,. Our main concern was the parents health; eye, hips, elbows,
My daughters dog was breed to a new stud, with good health history , we're not breeders, trainers a kennel etc.
    Genetically we had great lines.
The plan was for me to keep the last pup, and did.

My past dog was an unbelievable hunter, but she was our house dog first and formost. Never won a title, or even entered a hunt test. But was the type of family dog most people dream to have.
She was great around people kids and stock,
And that how we raised the pups. While our dogs werent super socialized they were with people for hours every day. Not in a crate or kennel.
