Rice breast lower this year?

I'm curious if others are seeing a reduction in rice breast this year. I didn't have one bird that was obviously affected this year.

No surprise due to the heavy rains this year? I'm not sure if that's how this works or not.
I only had 3 for the whole season. Much less than previous years.

Had 2 on the first Wed of the season and then none after that.

It's actually the first year I can remember not seeing any in at lease a decade or more.

2nd hunt of the year in Oregon had a greenhead with it. 2nd to last hunt of the year had a bull sprig with it. That was it. Less than 1.5 percent of birds.
